WIRED will support the regional strategy for becoming a Global Logistics Hub, and will assist with the Aerotropolis development.

WIRED will conduct a study of logistics assets to help guide the next steps of building an Aerotropolis in the Detroit Region.  We also plan to utilize the Road to Renaissance's Global Logistics initiative, in tandem with other WIRED strategies, to link efforts of innovation in industry with workforce competencies:

• Establish leadership around this initiative
• Conduct a benchmarking study
• Prepare a master plan for site selection, market trends, and policy assessment
• Develop a business attraction plan and marketing strategy
